Geraldine Cinema
We are a friendly, independently-owned cinema in South Canterbury, New Zealand – just an hour and a half from Christchurch! Built in 1924, the Geraldine Cinema was one of the first buildings in the area to be wired with electricity. The cinema is one of a few left of it's type and age in the country.
Four Peaks High Country Track

Geraldine Vintage Car Muesum
On display are over 1400 exhibits. These include 101 tractors from 1912 onwards, including the oldest working tractor in New Zealand and thirty vintage cars from 1905. An interesting collection of classic cars. There are many items of farm equipment including hot air engines, stationary motors and a Threshing Mill.

Barkers Geraldine
Barker’s of Geraldine is still on a corner of the original family farm, 8km from the South Canterbury town of Geraldine. The farm sits in the lea of the Four Peaks mountain range, beside the Te Moana River and surrounded by rolling pastures.
The farm is now a thriving business, making world class jams, chutneys, syrups and condiments. Barker’s supports the local community employing around 150 local people, and always buys local produce whenever possible. Geraldine Golf Club
The course called "Denfield" is situated on the Orari Back Road just 5 kms from the centre of one of the most attractive rural service towns in Canterbury. The 5544 metre layout is noted for its fine plantings of trees and shrubs, magnificent greens and wonderful views of the nearby mountains.
